"There's no such thing as management"
That's what my supervisor at the school I'm working at kept stressing to us this morning. She doesn't believe in management and staff. Everyone is here, at
Pathlight School to impact lives and to transform not only our students, but ourselves too. We all have a role to play and we play it to the best of our capabilities. There is no management versus staff. Just people who are here to do their bit to impact the lives of the children.
It's too early to tell if this job's right for me and if the school is a suitable place for me. But, for now, I have this feeling I'm in the right place for now. I'd relish in that, we don't get to feel this way often.
